12 to 24 eggs boiled
mayonnaise
Mustard
sweet relish
Apple cider vinegar
hot sauce
paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
boil the eggs for 10 minutes and then move immediately to ice water. and either peel or use your hack for getting the shells off. cut the eggs in half and remove the yoke from both sides and place in a mixing bowl. Add mustard, mayonnaise, sweet relish, hot sauce, Apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper and mix well. When you have the desired taste, pipe the filling back into the eggs and top with paprika.
