ham pieces or sausages
onion
green pepper
cheese
eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Fry raw peeled potatoes in butter or grease. When almost done, add onions and green pepper. Add ham or sausage pieces and cook until done. Break a couple of eggs in a bowl and whip them, then pour the eggs over all and stir until eggs are cooked in amongst the potatoes. Top with grated cheddar cheese until cheese has melted. Serve.
