2 c. rolled oats
½ c. cocoa powder
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
¼ c. unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Powdered sugar or additional cocoa powder for coating (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
1 – Mix dry ingredients – In a large bowl, combine the oats and cocoa powder.
2 – Melt butter – In a saucepan, over low heat, melt the butter. Once melted, stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
3 – Form treats – Scoop the mixture and roll into small balls. Optionally, roll each ball in powdered sugar or cocoa powder for an extra touch.
4 – Chill – Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to set.

Eat at room temperature – Can add nuts, coconut, chocolate chips

Can keep in fridge for up to a week or freeze for up to 3 months.
