1 lb Ground Pork
2 Chopped Green Onions
1 TBSP Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sesame Oil
1 Clove Garlic, minced
1 Egg, beaten
1 TBSP Cornstarch
¼ tsp Salt
¼ tsp Pepper
1 TBSP Ginger, freshly grated
Vegetable Oil
1 cup Chicken Broth (made with Better than Bullion…and concentrated)
30 Wonton Skins

Mix first 10 ingredients together until well blended. If wanting semi-circle wontons, cut them before filling. Fill each wonton wrapper with meat mixture (approximately 1 ½ TBSP), fold in half, and seal with water on the edges.
To cook the potstickers: Add about 3 TBSP of vegetable oil to a hot pan. Once coated add the potstickers. Cook until one side is brown. Pour about 1/2 cup of broth in with the potstickers and quickly lid. Allow to cook for about 8-9 minutes. Once cooked, remove from pan and repeat. If allowing them to cool, make sure to place them crispy side up.
