1 cup Bisquick
1/2 cup oil
3 cups grated zucchini (2 zucchini)
5 tbsps or more grated Romano cheese
2 tsp or more garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º
Mix together all ingredients
Put in either greased pie plate or greased muffin tin/cupcake tin
Cook for 30-35 minutes until top is browned
