1/2 cup Olive Oil
3 tbs Lemon Juice
4 cloves Garlric, pressed
2 tbs Dijon Mustard
2 tbs Oregano or less according to your taste
1 tsp Thyme
Salt and pepper to taste
6 Chicken Breasts, cut into bite size pieces
1 Green Bell Peppers, cut into bite size pieces
1 Onion cut into bite size pieces.
2 tbs Butter
1-6 ozs pkg Stove Top Stuffing
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 5-quart casserole dish with a lid, set aside.
Brown onions and garlic in butter until onions are clear and garlic is brown.
In a frying pan over medium heat brown chicken brests on both sides, set aside.
In a bowl mix lemon juice, all spices, salt and pepper, mustard, and the garlic mixture.
Add stove top stuffing.
Pour all of the above to the casserole dish with a lid.
Bake 350 * for 45 minutes.
Serve from casserole dish.
