1 Cup vinegar
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup catsup
2Tbsp. Worchestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
4 lbs. beef ribs

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except beef ribs in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes. Place ribs in a single layer on baking pans. Cover with the hot marinade and let stand 1 hour. Drain off marinade and save it. Bake ribs at 325 degrees for one hour, turning and basting often with the marinade.
