2 c all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 c sugar
1/4 c brown sugar
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c milk
1 c canned pumpkin
2 eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 1/4 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Whisk together the flour, sugars, baking powder, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, and salt.
In a separate bowl, blend together the milk, canned pumpkin, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
Stir together the wet and dry ingredients, careful not to overmix.
Batter will be thick.
Fry pancakes on a hot, greased frying pan or griddle on the first side until bubbles form on the top of the batter and on the second side until the pancakes bounce back when gently pressed on the top.
Serve warm.
