"As I ate the oysters with their strong taste of the sea and their faint metallic taste that the cold white wine washed away, leaving only the sea taste and the succulent texture, and as I drank their cold liquid from each shell and washed it down with the crisp taste of the wine, I lost the empty feeling and began to be happy, and to make plans."--Ernest Hemingway

Ingredients:
4 pork loin steaks
1 med - large sweet potato
1 or 2 large red potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
My pork loin steaks were thawed. Set trivet into pot and add 1 cup water. Season steaks to your liking. Lay on trivet and dump cubed potatoes over top. Season them with your favorite seasonings, making sure to add enough salt. Set instant pot to high pressure cook for 12 minutes and then let sit for 20-30 minutes. The pork should fall apart and the potatoes will be just right.
You can also add a sliced onion to this if you want to.

Personal Notes:
I wash and slice the sweet potato, then cut the slices into 4 pcs each. I don't bother peeling it cuz the peel falls off after it's cooked.
