1 cooked chicken, save broth
4 cups bread cubes
1/2 cup chopped celery
2 T. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. sage
1/2 cup chicken fat or butter
1/2 cup broth from chicken
flour for gravy

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken in water with salt and pepper about 1 hour. Cool. Remove meat from chicken and place in a large flat baking pan. In a large bowl, mix bread cubes, celery, onion, sage, butter, 1/2 cup chicken broth. Make gravy with remaining broth (about 4 cups) and 1/4 cup flour. Pour gravy over all and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
