Oven Caramel Corn

15 cups popped corn
1 cup brown sugar
½ cup butter
¼ cup light corn syrup
½ tsp. salt
½ tsp. baking soda

Heat oven to 200º. Divide popped corn between 2 ungreased baking pans.
In saucepan, heat sugar, butter, corn syrup and salt, stirring occasionally, until bubbly around edges. Continue cooking over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat; stir in soda until foamy. Pour on popped corn, stirring until corn is well coated. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.

Peanut Butter Popcorn

2 pkgs microwave popcorn
½ cup butter
¾ cup brown sugar
¼ cup peanut butter
20 marshmallows

Put popcorn into large bowl. Combine the butter, brown sugar and marshmallows. Cook for 1-minute intervals in the microwave stirring between each time until the mixture is melted and smooth. Stir in the peanut butter until well blended, pour mixture over the popcorn and stir quickly to coat the popcorn before it cools,
