1 bag Frozen Mixed Vegetables
2-4 Potatoes
1-2 Onions
1-2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1-2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
1-2 cans of peas if not in the mixed vegetables
Bisquick Mix
Egg
Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up some turkey or chicken that's cooked. I make this with leftover turkey or rotisserie chicken. Put the frozen vegetables in with the meat. Peel, dice and cook the potatoes and dice the onions and add to the potatoes. Cook until done. Add to the meat and vegetables. Add the cans of soup. Add peas if not in the vegetables(optional) Mix together. Put into a 9 x 13 pan.
Make the bisquick mix topping. 1-2 Cups bisquick, 1 egg and ½ Cup Milk. Mix. It should be pancaking batter thickness. Pour on top and put into a 350º oven for about 30-60 minutes. The top should be golden brown.
