1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup butter
2 egg yolks
2 T. milk
5 large peaches, peeled and sliced 1/2 inch thick Butter Streusel:
3/4 cup sugar
2 T. flour
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 T. butter
Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour with sugar, salt and baking powder. Cut in butter, as for pie crust. Combine egg yolks and milk and blend with flour mixture. Spread on bottom and halfway up sides of a greased 8 X 12 glass baking dish. Arrange peaches over dough. Sprinkle with butter streusel and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
