4 slices of Bacon; cooked and diced
2 boneless skinless Chicken Breast; cut into 1 inch chunks
1 Tbsp. of olive oil
1 package of Ranch Seasoning
8 oz of Rotini pasta; Cooked, drained and cooled
1 C. of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
1/2 C. of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1 jar of Alfredo Sauce
2 Tbsp. of bacon grease from bacon left in skillet

Preheat oven to 375º. Lightly spray a 9x13 baking dish with non-stick spray. In a gallon zip lock bag add chicken, olive oil and ranch seasoning. Shake the bag to coat chicken and add the chicken in the skillet with reserved bacon grease. Cook chicken for 2-3 minutes per side. Add cooked pasta to baking dish and layer with alfredo and chicken. Sprinkle the mozzarella, cheddar cheese, and bacon on top. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
