2 small pkgs peach Jello
1½ cups sugar
3 cups hot water
1 t. almond extract
2 large cans pineapple juice
½ cup lemon juice
1 cup peach schnapps
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water.
Add: 1 tsp almond extract, pineapple juice, lemon juice and schnapps.
Freeze.
To serve: Put in punch bowl frozen and add 2- 2liter bottles of ginger ale.
Garnish with fresh peaches
