1 pkg Sharp cheddar cheese shredded
2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
Worcestershire
2 tbsp minced onion
small green pepper, finely chopped
1 jar pimentos, drained and finely chopped
salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into a log. Roll in pecan pieces. Roll in foil, chill, serve on crackers.

Cheese Ball Recipe

2 pkgs cream cheese
⅓ cup sour cream
8 oz. shredded cheese
green onion
pimento
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
pepper to taste
1 cup chopped pecans

mix together, cool for 1 hour, cover in pecans
