3 Pheasants breasts
1 onion
2 cans Stewed Tomatoes (Cajun Style if you can find them)
2 cans diced tomatoes ( Mexican Style)
74 Oz chili beans
6 cups Pace Medium Picante sauce
3 tsp cumin

Directions:
Directions:
1. Saute onion until soft

2. Add rest of ingredients to pot.

3. Add pheasant breasts whole to the chili and let cook for 1-1 1/2 hours

4.Pull out breasts and shred and return to pot.
