3 cups Shredded Potatoes
2 each Eggs
1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder (heaping)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients together. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture out and put a ham piece in mix. Roll in Whole wheat flour. Put in boiling ham broth for one hour processed in blue broiler. (this recipe is from my Grandma Eleanor on 6-18-84)
