1/2 cup Bisquick
1/3 cup Brown Sugar
2 T Cold Butter or Margarine
2 cups Bisquick
1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 cup Shredded Carrots 1/2 cup Raisins
2 T Sugar
2/3 cup Milk
2 T vegetable oil
1 ea Egg
Honey if desired

1 1. Heat oven to 375. In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick mis and the brown sugar until well blended. Cut in butter, using fork or pastry blender until mixture is crumbly. set aside
2 2. In large bowl, stir 2 cups Bisquick mis, the spice, nuts, carrots, and raisins and sugar until blended. Stir in milk, oil and egg until blended. Pour into ungreased 8 in. square pan. Sprinkle with streusel.
3 3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before serving. Drizzle with honey. Serve Warm.
