6 slices Bread cut into 1" cubes
8 oz Cream Cheese
1 cup Blueberries
8 each Eggs
1 1/3 cups Milk
1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey

Directions:
Directions:
1 Grease 9 x 13 pan. Put Bread cubes in pan and top with cream cheese and blueberries. Mix eggs, milk and syrup and pour over bread mixture. Put in fridge overnight. Remove from fridge 30 minutes before baking. Bake for 30 minutes at 350° covered. Remove foil and bake another 25-30 minutes.
2 Sauce: 1 cup Sugar 2 Tbsp cornstarch 1 cup Water Bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Add 1 cup blueberries and simmer 8 minutes. Add 1 Tbsp butter and 1/2 tsp lemon juice.
