1 cup dry wild rice
1 lb hamburger
3 Tbsp beef bouillon
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 can mushroom pieces
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rice in salted water until almost done. Fry the hamburger until brown. Add the rice and remainder of ingredients. Mix together and bake for 30 minutes in a 325-degree oven.

I added 2/3 c evaporated milk and dissolved the bouillon in water before adding it to the hamburger. I used 1 1/2 lb hamburger and baked for 1 hour.
