3 cup cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup regular sugar
1 cup brown sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
Sift all of these dry ingredients into large mixing bowl.

In another mixing bowl, mix the wet ingredients:
1.5 cup of room temp buttermilk
3 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup sour cream

Crumble Topping:
1 cup chopped pecans - toast in frying pan for few mins until browned.
1/2 cup flour
6 tbsp sugar and 6 tbsp brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
6 tbsp melted butter
Mix all together in small mixing bowl.
Add the topping at the very end before putting into oven.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Whisk together.
Spray a 9x13 glass pan with nonstick spray. Not metal.
Add the crumble topping to the mixture.

Bake 33 minutes on 375 degrees.
When it is finsihed cooking, do not let it cool in the pan. Invert onto a plate and let cool for 10 mins. Invert back upright.
