3-4 very ripe bananas
3 cups regular flour
1.5 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup of butter softened
2 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1.5 cup buttermilk (or regular milk with 2 tsp lemon juice)
2 tsp lemon juice

Icing:
1/2 cup soft butter
3.5 cups confectioners sugar
8 oz cream cheese at room temp
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash up bananas and set aside. Add lemon juice.
Mix flour, soda and salt. Set aside.
Cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and buttermilk.
Stir in bananas. Bake at 275 for 1 hour and 10 mins. Let it cool.

Icing:

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and confectioners sugar.
