4 pork chops
1 can mushroom soup
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1/4 cup water
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
salt and pepper
4 cups thinly sliced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pork chops, set aside. Blend soup, sour cream, water and parsley. In a 2-quart casserole dish, alternate layers of sliced potatoes, salt and pepper and soup mix. Top with browned pork chops. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until chops and potatoes are tender.
