1 c. butter-softened
1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
1 t. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
1/4 t. salt
3/4 c. finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Mix all, add nuts. Chill dough. Roll into 1" balls. Bake at 400 º for 10-12 minutes until set but not brown. While warm roll in powdered sugar. When cool roll in powdered sugar again.
