4 c. peaches (about 2 1/2 lbs)
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 T. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar

Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1 T. baking powder
1/2 stick margarine
1/4 c. sugar
2 egg whites lightly beaten
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder on piece of wax paper, beat together margarine, sugar in medium bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites add dry ingredients, alt. with milk & vanilla stirring just to combine, drop by spoonfuls over peach mixture spread gently. Bake in 8 x 8 x 2 pan at 375 º for 25-30 minutes until peaches are tender and top is brown.
