1 1/2 stick oleo, softened
11/2 C flour
1/2 C chopped pecans
1/2 C sugar (optional)
1 C powdered sugar
1 C cool whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
1 large pkg. instant vanilla pudding
4 C milk
1 large container cool whip
chopped pecans, optional

Directions:
Directions:
Make layers in a 9 x 13 pan as follows. First layer: Mix oleo,
flour, pecans and sugar. Pat on bottom of pan, bake 30 mins. at
300º. Let cool. Second Layer: beat cream cheese, sugar, and
cool whip until creamy and spread on first layer. Third Layer:
Combine puddings and milk, let stand for a few minutes until
mixture firms. Pour over second layer. Spread Cool Whip over
third layer and top with chopped pecans if desired.

For best results chill overnight. If you are a vanilla lover use 2
large packages of french vanilla instead of 1 chocolate and 1
vanilla.
