1 C. of Milk
¾ C. of Oats
1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 tsp. of Salt and Pepper
1 Onion, diced
Equal parts of Ketchup and Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Mix egg, milk, oats, beef, salt & pepper, and onion together. Pour into a loaf pan and place in oven. It will cook for an hour. While the meat loaf is cooking, mix together ketchup and brown sugar for the topping. Once the meat loaf is done, pour the ketchup mixture on top.
