1/2 C butter (1 stick)
1 C Bisquick
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C milk
3 (14 oz) canned peaches, drain slightly
cinnamon or nutmeg, optional



Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Melt butter in a 9x13 inch Pyrex baking dish in the oven. Mix up the batter by combining the flour, baking powder, sugar and milk. Add peaches to Pyrex dish and pour batter over peaches . DO NOT STIR!. Sprinkle top with additional sugar and cinnamon. Bake for about 45 minutes or until brown on top.

FRESH FRUIT: Add 1/2 C sugar, 1 1/2 T flour to 4 C Blackberries, Peaches, or Blueberries, etc Pour over butter in dish.
