1 lb. of Ground Beef
1 can of Corn
1 can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 C. of Shredded Cheddar Cheese
½ C. of Whole Milk
½ C. of Sour Cream
1 tsp. of Onion Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
32 oz. bag of Tater Tots

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef in a large pot and drain. Add in corn, soup, ½ c. cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the pot. Mix ingredients together. In a casserole dish, layer the beef mixture, ½ c. of shredded cheese, and then line up the tater tots on top. Bake at 375º for 45 minutes uncovered. Take casserole out of the oven, sprinkle with last cup of cheese, and put it back in the oven for 5 minutes.
