2 cups Bisquick baking mix
⅔ cup milk
½ cup cheddar, shredded
¼ cup butter, melted
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp dried parsley, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450ºF. Mix milk, Bisquick and cheddar to a loose dough. Drop by spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper. Bake 8-10 minutes at 450ºF. Remove from oven.

Mix melted butter, garlic and parsley. Using a silicone brush or pastry brush, brush butter mixture over warm biscuits. Serve right away. Makes 10-12 biscuits.
