Filling:
⅓ lb ground pork
2 tbsp minced green onion
2 tbsp water chestnuts, finely chopped (if desired)
1 tsp pureed ginger
1 tsp soy sauce
½ tsp sesame oil

½ pkg 4" wonton wrappers, defrosted and separated
6-7 cups light chicken broth
½ cup green onions, sliced
1 cup frozen broccoli, cooked and chopped

Directions:

Blend filling ingredients. Lay a ball (about 2 tbsp) of filling on wonton wrap, just below center. Moisten edges and roll into a cylinder, pinching ends to seal. Continue until all wontons are rolled.

Bring broth to a boil. Boil wontons for 3-4 minutes. Add broccoli and sliced green onion and boil for one more minute. Remove from heat. Serve in soup bowls, adding extra soy sauce to taste.
