1 cup cooked rice (or at least parboiled)
1 lb ground beef
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350ºF. Mix meat, rice, onion and spices. Shape mixture by rounded tablespoonfuls into balls. Place meatballs in ungreased 8 x 8 x 2” glass baking dish. Stir together remaining ingredients and pour over meatballs. Cover with tinfoil and bake in 350ºF oven for 45 minutes. Uncover, bake 15 minutes longer.
