1 c. wild rice
1 onion chopped
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
3 celery stalks, sliced thin
2 soup cans milk
4 oz. can mushrooms
2 cans chicken broth
7 slices bacon
2 cans water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice 4-5 minutes and drain. In large pot, add rice to the cream of mushroom soup, milk, chicken broth and water. Sauté the onion, celery and mushrooms in butter and add to the pot. Season with pepper but no salt. Simmer for 1 hour. Makes a large batch.
