8 oz cooked elbows
2 tbsp corn starch
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp margarine
2 ½ cups milk
2 cups grated cheddar
4 oz cream cheese
4 oz grated cheddar for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Boil elbows in salted water for 6-7 minutes and drain. In medium nonstick boiler, combine starch, salt, and milk with a whisk. Add margarine and over medium heat, cook it and let boil for about a minute. Don't let it burn in bottom. Turn down to low and add cream cheese til melted. Add the two cups shredded cheese. This is your sauce to mix up with macaroni. Mix together and pour in greased casserole dish. Top with the 4 oz. cheese and bake. Cook on 375ºF for 24 or 25 minutes. When cool put Saran Wrap stretched tight across pan not touching the topping. Aluminum foil will stick and pull off all of your cheese topping.
