3 avocados, halved and pitted
12 slices bacon, fried and crumbled
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt

Scoop out avocado, leaving a thin shell of avocado. Dice the removed portion and add to the remaining ingredients. Spoon into the shells.
