4 Tbsp. margarine
1 16oz package frozen hash browns
⅓ cup chopped onion
⅓ cup chopped bell pepper
salt and pepper
4 eggs beaten
1 (12 oz.) pkg. regular sausage
½ cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In a 9-10 in skillet, melt margarine on low.
Add potatoes, onion and pepper.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook on low 15 - 20 min.
Pour eggs over potatoes.
Cook sausage in separate pan. Crumble.
Arrange sausage over eggs.
Cover and cook until eggs are set (15 min.).
Sprinkle with cheese. Cover till melted.
Cut into wedges to serve.
