2 - 1½ inch ham steaks
1 cup brown sugar
⅓ cup prepared horseraddish
¼ cup lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Bring steaks to room temperature.
Score ham steaks ⅓ inch deep in diamonds on both sides.
In a small sauce pan, heat sugar, horseraddish and lemon juice to combine.
Brush both sides of steaks and let sit while grill heats.
Place on hot grill surface to sear and heat through.
Flip and repeat. Brush with remaining sauce or serve on the side.
Do not over cook. Ham is already cooked to a point.

Another way to serve this is as Kabobs with pineapple and bell pepper.
