4 cups cooked broccoli (either fresh or frozen)
2 cups cooked chicken, sliced
¼ cup butter
¼ cup flour
3-4 cups milk
¼ cup chicken stock (I use ‘Better Than Bullion’)
1 cup parmesan cheese grated
I tbsp yellow mustard
¼ cup onion, minced
2 tbsp red or white wine, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Lay cooked broccoli pieces in the bottom of a large casserole dish or 9 x 13” glass baking dish. Place chicken slices on top of broccoli.

In a small pot, melt the butter. Add flour and combine into a roux. Add remaining ingredients and heat on medium until blended and thickened. Pour sauce to cover broccoli and chicken slices, evenly. Bake at 400F for 25-30 minutes.
