Ingredients:
2 pork tenderloins
½ cup liquid honey
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tbsp crushed garlic

Directions:
Directions:
To prep tenderloins, you will need a meat mallet (wood or metal) and a large plastic Ziploc bag. On a cutting board, slice tenderloins into sections about 2” thick.

Place a section on its side, cut side down, inside the plastic bag. Hit with flat side of mallet to flatten (‘picata’) the meat to about ½” thick. (Middle sections will flatten easily: ends are harder because of their shape.) Repeat until all sections are nicely flattened and place into a plastic storage container.

For the marinade, mix the honey, soy sauce and garlic together and pour over the tenderloin pieces. Flip the pieces around until they are all covered in the marinade. Then cover container and refrigerate until ready to barbeque.
