20 wooden skewers
6 oz baby spinach
1-pint cherry tomatoes
5 miniature cucumbers, sliced
8 0z fresh mozzarella pearls
½ pound Muenster cheese cubes
½ pound sliced deli ham
6 oz dry cured prosciutto
6 oz dry sliced salami
1 small bread baguette, cut into cubes
4 oz bread and butter pickles

Directions:
Directions:
On a large platter, create a bed of baby spinach in the shape of a wreath.

Cut the skewers into 4" pieces to match the thickness of the wreath

Thread spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, cheese, meat (folded into triangles), bread and pickles onto the skewers in random patterns.

Chill until ready to serve.
