8 oz cream cheese
½ cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1½ teaspoons dry ranch dressing mix
4 slices cooked bacon, finely chopped
1 tablespoon chopped chives
½ cup finely chopped pecans
18 mini pretzel sticks

Directions:
Directions:
Using an electric mixer, beat cream cheese in a large bowl until smooth. Add freshly grated cheddar cheese, ranch dressing mix, bacon and chives. Beat again until well blended.

Cover bowl and chill in refrigerator for 20 minutes. or until the mixture is firm enough to handle.

Form the mixture into 1" balls and then roll in chopped pecans.

Chill until ready to serve. Just before serving insert a pretzel stick into each cheese ball bite.
