4 chicken bouillon cubes
½ c. cubed raw potatoes
3 c. water
1 c. diced carrots
1 can of beer
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. diced celery
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 c. diced onion
cubed ham (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook covered: bouillon cubes, water, beer, celery and onion for about 20 mins. Add potatoes and carrots. Cook until tender. Add chicken soup and cheese. Heat until cheese melts and soup is hot.

Be careful. If burner is too hot and left on too long without stirring, it will scorch.
