3 lb. chuck roast
c. diced onion
1 T. sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
tsp. pepper
2 tsp. paprika
1/3 c. vinegar
1 c. water
1 c. catsup
dash of Worcestershire sauce

Brown roast. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Bake covered 3 hours at 325.
Shred meat with 2 forks. Put in crockpot on low until serving time. Serve on buns.
