3 packets chopped spinach
2 large onions, sliced
Smoked turkey and chicken necks
Meat tenderizer
MAGGI cubes
Salt and garlic
Pint palm oil

Directions:
Directions:
Put all meat into a pot and boil.
Then add all spices and boil.
Boil until meat is tender and cooked.
Add palm oil and drain water.
Add spinach. Let cook for 10 minutes.
Add onion. Cook for 10 minutes more.
Serve over rice.

Instructions for this recipe are very vague. I found this in her mom’s (my sister's) wedding cook book. So you will just have to wing it!
