5 ½ C Flour

3 tsp Baking Powder

½ tsp Baking Soda

½ tsp Salt

⅓ C sugar

⅓ C Shortening

½ Warm Water

One Yeast Packet

2 C Buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425º Degrees

1. Mix together dry ingredients: Flour, Baking powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Sugar.

2. Add Shortening. Mix well.

3. Add in yeast and warm water, then the buttermilk.

4. Mix it all together until its all moist and worked good.

TO BAKE:

5. Roll into balls (about 2 inches apart ) and place in a 13 x 9 greased pan. Let rise. Then bake till golden brown.
