Grinder salad:
1/2 c mayo
2 tbs vinegar
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic (minced)
1 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 medium red onion (thinly sliced)
1/2 c cucumber (clued and halved)
1/4 c black olives (sliced)
4 cups iceberg lettuce (sliced)

Grinder sandwich:
2 ciabatta rolls (sliced in half)
4 slices white cheddar or Colby jack cheese
6 slices deli turkey
1 avocado (sliced)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
2. Mix together all grinder salad ingredients and set aside while preparing the sandwich.
3. Place halved ciabatta bread on an oven safe pan. Top both halves with cheese and turkey. Bake in oven for 5-10 minutes (until cheese is melted and bread is toasted)
4. Add some grinder salad and sliced avocado to the sandwich and enjoy!
