1 large cabbage
1 lb ground meat, uncooked
1 cup cooked rice
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 can sauerkraut
1 large can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Core cabbage and steam until soft (5-10 minutes) then separate leaves.
Mix meat, rice, and chopped onion. Roll into balls and wrap in a cabbage leaf.
Mix sauerkraut and tomato sauce in a bowl. Layer in crock pot with cabbage rolls.
Cook on low for 8-10 hours.
