Ingredients:
5 lemons (about 2 cups lemon juice)
1/3 cup maple syrup
1-2 cups whey (reserved from making cheese)
4-5 cups water

Directions:
Add everything to a half gallon mason jar, stir. Cover loosely and let it ferment for 2-3 days, then transfer to the fridge.
