Ingredients:  
1 lb. Vermicelli pasta, broken into 2" pieces, cooked with plenty of salt
1 Tbsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion flakes or 1 c. red onion, chopped
2 c. celery, chopped
8 oz. black olives, chopped
1½ c. mayonnaise
1 jar green olives, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Cook Vermicelli with salt. Drain. Add Accent, seasoned salt, lemon juice and olive oil. Cover and let sit overnight. Mix in bell pepper, onion flakes, celery, black olives and mayonnaise.

I got this recipe from Staley Justice (niece of Lana Cook). She made it when we went to the Cook's lake lot. It was so good! I can make a meal out of it!
